I have been busy with all kinds of stuff this fall and looking forward to the tying season.. so i would like to put together a Fly Swap.

The Fly Swap
This time around is going to be 12 tyers
what ever early Trout season fly, streamer, nymph or midge pattern you would like to tye.
Everyone will tye one dozen (12) of their pattern
Im hopeing to have this swap wrapped up by the 2nd week january
All flies have to be sent in a crush proof container with a return prepaid postage envelope
please let me know as soon as possible and we can get this started

TF. Count me in. I'll tye the Pink Squirrel Nymph; a killer pattern that is very popular in the driftless area, but has also worked great for me in the Northeast, especially on wild browns.

I would offer to tie a dozen Cased Caddis, but I i fear a pending legal action from tomfly for infringing on his intellectual property.
 
lets do 13 people that way everyone will get 12 flies back so one more person. everyone still tyes 12 flies..

That's a great fly!

It's also nice that the fly's originator; Dave Whitlock, gets mentioned in the name of the fly.

I neglected to mention that the pink squirrel was originated by John Bethke. It's often called Bethke's Pink Squirrel.

KEY BUMP!

I would like to get in on this swap...I haven't trimmed lately, so my pubic fly would be a great addition to this swap and I have plenty of materials for it.

I'm not sure which is grosser. The thought of you sitting around grooming around your netherland area, you then handling your split ends in a stacker, or seeing an actual fly with the "material" you dubbed on a hook.
