New to NEFF. I live and fish in So. Cal 7-months of the year, spend the other 5-months in Ocean City NJ. I'm looking to start fresh water fly fishing there beginning late May through October. Any help finding fun spots to start would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I am very intrested in the stenonema group that is been reclassifed by Purdue in resent years. Steno's are not only very important as a food group, they are excellent water quality indicators.

The fish in that creek are definitely spooked out easily. I'm surprised that brown still bit because I had to climb right over that hole a few minutes before I hooked into him because I got stuck on a rock right above the little fall he was under. I consider myself lucky on that catch. I'll have to check it out. Or if you're fishing it one day we can meet up. I plan on getting really in tune with both Dunnfield and Van Campens. My friends refuse to buy a rod under a 9' 5 wt because they think they're in Montana, and that line will definitely spook anything in there. Not to mention spooking every hole due to launching into the hemlocks.

next time hike up about a mile up stream and youll find some big hole w 12 inch and bigger fish but ull only get one cast to get em. so make sure it counts if u love small stream fishing hit the poconos or bear mountain ny

When I tried to reply to a post by TR about the boulders on the EB, it would not let me in. I'm able to send PM's but it keeps requiring me to sign in. When I do, I get a message prompting me to sign in again no matter how many times I've tried. I used my correct name and password, even changing my password to see if that was the problem, but no luck. Any ideas?

I really enjoyed meeting you and your son the other day. I also wanted to thank you for showing me around that WILD TROUT STREAM and getting into some really nice wild trout -- We should do it again soon -- Next time I'll take you to PA and show you some really great places to fish, that aren't far from where we live --- In fact most are closer than the Flatbrook and the fishing/hatches are comparable if not better than the Flatbrook.
