Welcome back to the new NEFF. Take a break from Twitter and Facebook. You don't go to Dicks for your fly fishing gear, you go to your local fly fishing store. Enjoy!

4 th annual boo fest

Saw the camo bag on the deck Sunday, hopefully they cleared it of its treasures before heading back today!

Ron,

We enjoyed stopping in on Friday. You're such a great host, and gracious guy. Had planned to return Saturday, but got tied up with the Wingless-Wets groups, for dinner. By that time, it was pretty late into the evening. However--Boo-2013 is on our minds for next year!

I would like to thank all who attended, It's the people who make Boofest and we had a great crew at the lodge.
A special thanks to Chris(dangler) his brother Nick, who did the pig up right among other things.
Brough for building my outdoor bar on Friday . Barley
wine for his excellent Belgium IPA and my good friend Curt who without his help I couldn't pull this off.
and Beetle for making me laugh and leaving a dollar I may owe to G Lech
I'll have a few pictures to follow.
Thanks guys your the best !!!!!! :thumb:

Philthy Phill Has not contacted me about the cooler yet, so there might be a raffle.

FYI it does include the dollar that Beatle left.

The bidding starts at 7:30 PM

Later,

Brough

Ron thank you for having us over it was a great time looking forward to next year. Did a little float on the WB and caught a few fishies to finish out the weekend.. Was a blast having you along Brough had a great time we'll have to do it again !:)

Now that AK is disgraced and defeated, you should get the respect you deserve.

Just want to say that I had a blast at my first ever Boofest. Ronbo is a wonderful guy who generously invites a cast of drunks and wayward outcasts to share his beautiful home away from home, and then makes you feel welcome like he's known you for years. Thanks man.

Great putting faces with names on many regular NEFF and SGM posters. Got to fish a wild brookie feeder to the East Branch on Saturday, and then hit the EB for a couple of browns. That was fun, but the best part of the weekend was just chatting with the crew, learning from excellent fly fishers, sharing a few secret spots, and doing a few liquid shots. :dizzy:

It came out great Mike.
We smoked it over charcoal and apple wood.
we pretty much polished it off Saturday but had some barbeque pork sandwiches for Sunday.
Chris ( Dangler ) did a real nice job, always nice to have a Chef around.
It was great seeing you and Val.
I may have another mini Boofest this fall.
Maybe a heritage Fly fishers get together.

ron im glad everything went good for you guys i couldnt get out of work in time to get up there. where did you get the pig from?

TF

TF,
I got the pig from Dey farms in Cranbury NJ
They slaughter the pig in house, you can even watch if you want.
They have everything from goat to lamb, chickens, turkeys and duck.
I may do a lamb next year but that is going for 4 bucks a pound.
The pig was 2.70 p/p dressed.
great place:thumb:
