Life's short fish bamboo!!
Announcing the 4 th. annual Boo Fest at Ronbo Lodge in Walton NY
Starting on June15 and ending on the 17 th.
Well, how about staying at Ronbo Lodge for some Boo casting and fine homebrew sampling.
Located in the Catskill mountains, it is centrally located 30 minutes from the Beaverkill or the West Branch of the Delaware.
The East Branch is within easy reach at only 20 minutes to Corbett Bridge.
Ronbo lodge offers first class accommodations (depends on how drunk the person is you ask) with hundreds of acres of remote wilderness( actualy 4 acres)
A world class trout stream runs thru the property( if you like 6" native brookies)
A Boo casting pond with wild rainbows await your casting pleasure ( stocked right from the hatchery truck)
The accommodations include a camper that sleeps 4, a cabin for bunk style sleeping and remote camping sites.
A fellow NEFF member with a house down the street has offered additional sleeping arrangements
Ronbo's world famous breakfast smorgasbord and hot showers are included in the low price ( Free)
Last year we had the smoker fired up and will again this year, I am also looking at roasting a pig if enough people sign on.
Ronbo lodge offers a fully stocked bar. ( what ever you bring and Keg of the week supplied by Ronbo Lodge)
This year we will have a keg of light ale and a keg of brown ale made by the world renowned Frost E Breeze Brewing Company.
Our own Barley Wine has offered to Brew us a keg of his Belguim Style IPA.
This is the 4 th. annual Ronbo Boo Fest and hoping it's bigger and better than the last.
Come join us for a weekend, of Boo casting, tall tales, fine spirits and hopefully some great fishing
Pm me for directions and details.
PS: Last year we had a Dickerson 8014 which was one of Art Flicks personal rods available for casting.
Thanks
Ronbo
