Welll, it's a long story for a slow typer. I took a 79 year old guy to the Raritan Inn for the "Traditional Flyfishing" bamboo rod, Hardy reel fest the day before. He has an Orvis boo rod that his wife gave him in the '70's, (that he has never used), and no reel that matches it. So, along with my fishing stuff, and his stuff that we wanted to have evaluated, I threw a spare reel in my net...put it all in his car. We didn't fish, he's too handicapped, took it all out when we got back to his place, the reel was there, put my stuff in my car. The next morning, Mother's day, I head to Pt. Mt. bridge, clip my net to my pack and I don't remember seeing the reel. So, did it fall out of the car there, or Changewater or Shoddy Mill, I don't know. It was in a Neoprene case, did it kind of float out when I waded in the first time?? It definitely isn't in either car or driveway, maybe I took it out when I was home and put it in a stupid place. I don't know. But, that's how I came to lose a reel.
