first tiger

Caught my first tiger yesterday, he hit an olive bugger. Hit and fought like no fish of that size I ever caught before. Just a little guy but hands down the coolest fish Ive caught. Finished the day with a 18'' rainbow, but still the tiger was the highlight.

Well perhaps this thread allows you to use your imagination. Visualize the tiger trout with it's large black stripes and giant fangs. Surely a 500 pound tiger trout would put up quite a struggle. Not too mention that you are taking your life into your hands trying to tame such a beast. Here is a pic of one I got to take a fly on top
