Clear Water ! How Many Fish?

Here is a picture of a piece of water I took MACFLY to see on our way home. The water was super clear and there many fish laying low to the bottom. See how many fish you can count in this picture and respond to this post the person close to or having the correct number of fish will win a spey or a wet fly or two whichever you prefer.And yes these were all trout and some nice ones I might add ! MACFLY can vouch for it.

A lot! Looks like the little lehigh. There might have been more under that glare but I don't know where my polarized sunglasses are right now and I'm not getting up to find them.

I can definitely vouch for the number of ridiculously large trout that were in just this one spot. Right before this picture was taken an absolutely ginormous trout made a wake heading upstream to some deep run. That fish was 30 inches and I am not kidding one bit. Pretty much every fish in that picture is 20 inches or better

Not the Little Lehigh DC but a well known stream about 10 minutes from my house. LOL!

Hey Ryan this is definitely not McMichaels. Last I heard those fish were going belly up in the creek due to the heat wave. This is another stream in the Poconos that you would never guess would hold fish like this.. Not in a million years. Definitely more than 12 trout in the picture

Oh now that I'm home I have a view of the initial pic, before I could only see the resized version in Dennis's reply. OK, I swear I recognize the stream bottom features of that pool from sometime but for the life of me I can't place which stream it is. From memory it didn't look exactly like the upper DHALO pool but it was all I could come up with because I didn't realize they weren't stocked fish. I swear I recognize that bottom from somewhere in my stream travels but maybe not.

I won this last year and recieved two beautiful wet flies from Allen.
So I'm going for some spey flies
My guess is 18 trout in the pool.

I am going way over and am going to say that there are around 50. Thos shale ledge pools hold ton of trout when the water is low. I have good idea of the section and stream it's on and there would be around 50 in there, especially if the the bottom is littered with them!
