Thanks for the response. I do fish the RR area, sometimes it's good, sometimes not.
I'm trying to figure out how to get in from Rt 28 bridge near Mt Tremper (which used to
have access and is now posted) downstream towards Boiceville. There doesn't seem to be much access there.

You can also park at the base of Waterworks Rd, downstream from Phoenicia's main drag and fish the pockets there, or park at RR museum and bushwack through riparian zone to the other shore -- it's actually public land over there, but isn't advertised as such.
