It may surprise some of you to hear it, but I get a little weird in winter too.

Sadly the indoctrination of college kids is having a dramatic impact. sad to see this and I can only hope it's not accurate.

I think comparing an innocent life to one that has taken a life and been found guilty by a jury of his peers is a bit of a reach. If you go out and commit murder you certainly know the penalty for getting caught. That being said I am personally not for the death penalty

What I do not get. The same demographic that is pro-abortion is anti-death penalty.Bottom line abortion is a form of eugenics.
Abortion definitely can be argued to be eugenics. It has social consequences.
It raises interesting issues, especially when parents can do genetic testing while a fetus is developing in the womb.
Some parents get amniocentisis to determine if the fetus has down syndrome.
In China, abortion of females may cause social problems.
All these issues ought to be discussed.

Because the right wing lunacy espoused here is actually a deliberate form of delusion and fantasy that apparently sets in and is most acute at the end of the fishing season.
There is nobody on earth who knows the definition of fetus that considers a baby, after its birth, to still be a fetus.
Nobody on the left with any sense believes in any of the crap that you imagine or is suggested in that inane propaganda article.

John rather than feign surprise try reading and listening to his ever evolving reasons for arguing against what should have been a fairly easy vote. Worst case He could have voted present but he chose to rise and attempt to make a highly nuanced argument against it. Now someone is ignorant in this back and forth and its not me.
