Triple Threat

Today a friend and myself fished three different streams.

The first one we hit was a favorite N.J little brownie stream but today I caught I personal best from this stream.

So I guess it's true big trout live in small waters.

Next up was a small brookie stream I have been scoping out for a while and today I decided it was time to give it a shot.

Well I caught a small brookie on my third cast from a plunge pool. This stream seems loaded we only fished about 1/2 mile of water ( give or take) and about 20 fish came to hand between the two of us all on dry's. Mostly elk hair caddis.


Last we decided to hit the KLG and too my surprise it wasn't a zoo.
It was fish after fish for about two hours and then the rain came.
Synthetic Prince nymph was HOT!!!

Nice job!The Gorge was a zoo around noon today.I pulled in and the lot was full and I got lucky a group of non-fishers were leaving.I fished from 11-5 and got about 16 fish between my dad and I.He fished a synthetic prince nymph all day and I fished a olive hares ear.Starting to learn this nymphing thing I guess.

It's been a real killer for my buddy who LOVES fishing the gorge.

No actually my dads buddy reccomended the fly so we had him tie some up for us.Definately works though.

Oh I saw the title and thought it was about Jeremy Lin.

He plays for the NY Nickerbockeets.

In those famous 26 games he was in the top 10 for point guards in the NBA.

The team averaged 100 points per game.

Without him the team only averages 95 points per game.

I know if I had season tickets I would ask.. no, I would demand a rebate in the form of....
