My name is Andrew Dang, I’m 13 years old, I live in New Jersey and I love fly fishing and fly tying. I probably have met many of you on the river. Currently I am organizing my 8[SUP]th[/SUP] grade service project, and I am doing a fly fishing and fly tying gear donation for Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing. I was wondering if you would be interested in donating any fly tying materials, or fly fishing accessories for my project. Any kind of donation would be greatly appreciated. If you are interested in donating, just send any donations to my school, the Wilberforce School, in New Jersey, at the address:
Wilberforce School
Att: Andrew Dang-PHWFF donation
99 CLARKSVILLE RD
PRINCETON JCT, NJ 08550
The collection will be ending at the end of March. Here is my school’s website: The Wilberforce School – One of the Best Christian Private Schools in Princeton, NJ
Send any questions to my email battlebots192@gmail.com
Tell me what you think of this
Thank you,
Andrew Dang

Great job, Andrew! Keep up the fine work. You continue to impress me more than you know. I'll spread the word for you as well.

Andrew, send me a PM next Sunday night and I will mail some stuff Monday....hackle and dubbing, tailing material, and some pheasant tails....a bit of ostrich herl may help too, no? If I have time, it will go out sooner, I have more materials than I will use in a lifetime....

Specific materials would probably be any type of dubbing, fly tying tools, and any type of hackle (saddle or capes). Anything would really help though.
Thanks

Andrew, I'm putting out an email from our Ridge & Valley TU chapter for members to bring materials for donation to our March meeting and we will send you one big package after the 3rd Thursday of this month. Great job!

Sounds good, I'll be sure to send you a pm Sunday.

Thanks so much, it'll really help. If the package is too big you can drop it off at Shannon's as I have a bin at the back of the shop there.

My school is closed from March 16th to the 20th for spring break, so if anybody is mailing donations, please try to avoid that week, as I don't want packages to be bounced or lost.

Thanks

Andrew, I dropped off some materials...the guy at Shannon's had no idea who you are....I hope you get them....he said he would ask Jim...:crap:

Thanks Chris, I'll call the shop now. Most of the crew knows Andrew well. Not sure who is in today.

Andrew, the Ridge & Valley chapter is gathering materials for this tomorrow night at our monthly tying night and again next week at our general membership meeting. I'll bring it all to Shannon's the Friday after this coming Friday.

Thanks so much for the donation, I'm sure whoever was at Shannon's put the donations at the right place, I'll check when I pick it up.
