I have fished the Lackawanna River a few times this year and have not done as well as in the past. I am concerned that the flood in the Jermyn area has had a negative impact on the river. I heard from a reliable source that quite a few trout were dead in the flooded areas. I also haven't seen as many insects as usual. Has anyone else had this experience or did I just pick bad days to fish.
