Floating the D

Just a quick ? about floating on the D.
Would I be ok with a Float tube style or would I need a pontoon style to float the D?

Depending on where on the D you are gonna be, you should be fine with a float tube ive got a 2 day float trip planned in mid june for smallies on the D that i did last year, northern jersey area, some big slow water here and there but float tubes where fine
