Fishing Club Memberships available in Catskills

Hi guys. I posted the following a few years ago, and now we're looking for a few new members again. The difference is that deer hunting would no longer be available.

I belong to a small, (9 members), hunt/fish club in East Branch, NY, which is at the confluence of the Beaverkill and East Branch Delaware Rivers. We are opening our books and looking to add a few new members. There is no initiation fee and dues are $500/yr. That is about the price of 3 or 4 nights in a motel. This entitles you to year round use of 208 private acs and the 60X20 club camp house. We are off grid but have a generator for electricity. There is also hot and cold water and a bathroom with a shower.

The current members use the club almost exclusively for deer hunting. With rare exception, the camp is virtually unused during spring and summer trout season. I think this would be a great situation for a few guys looking for a central location with close proximity to the Beaverkill, East and West branches of the Delaware and the Willowemoc.

If you have any interest or further questions, Please feel free to PM me or email me at

Previous offer $500/year included hunting.
Current offer $500/year no hunting.

A lower level of membership for the full price ?

No, not full price. Full member dues are about to increase to $700 annually. The $500 gets unlimited use of the club camp for the year. Still a much better deal than the cost of multiple motel stays throughout the season. You're free not to join.
Just curious about this. I know it's been a while but... Can I park my boat on the property and leave it there all year?
