Welcome back to the new NEFF. Take a break from Twitter and Facebook. You don't go to Dicks for your fly fishing gear, you go to your local fly fishing store. Enjoy!

DEL WATERGAP trout streams?

Developed by the Moroccans, but adopted by the Ottoman Turks, until Ataturk put it out of use to westernize his country a little more. Still worn today in many parts of the world.

How are they as a fly holder/dryer? I'm always looking for a better mousetrap....

:)

Sorry for the lack of detail in my comment, Washington/Hackettstown street rat youth MY AGE (21-), are ruining the place. The disregard of their actions is pretty disgusting. As for the rangers and taxes? I'll be happy knowing my taxes go towards the conservation of these places. When I'm your age, I don't want to think of what the place is going to look like. That's cool that it's been "going on for years" but today's youth are steadily becoming more aware of how much they can get away with, and I've never seen the place in such bad shape (not referring to the hurricane damages). Sorry if I offended anyone, but I know many of them personally, and the majority are from Washington/Hackettstown. I'm from Hackettstown, so I can talk smack, I know the breed that is produced there.

As for the Eco Friendly Fly Fisherman, I never said do not go there, all I said was, respect your surroundings, and by all means, enjoy the beautiful fish that swim in those waters.

(but that's so hard to do when you got a full on BBQ/Cocaine/Booze/Dam Building festival going on.)

You get extra points for defeating them with a Klingon Batliff.

Where the hell did you get a Klingon Batliff from? Convince your Pawn Star brothers to get me one.

have not been there since before Irene, heard it got ripped up reel bad,..(like TT's ass @ da last NEFF gathering).>:beingsick:

butt it bee a shame , again not sir-prizing dat another of our national, natural places being ruined by "THRASH",..(take that word very liberaliy, hippies,..

Hey,
I have no problem with people from Hackettstown, some of them work for me!
You didn't offend me, I believe that is impossible, unless you steal from me or don't show up for work.
These people I spoke of were not all youths....Dads and g-pas were there as well, and they were not from NJ............as far as your taxes are concerned, they will never go where you want them.

The guy with the fat daughter, who knows.....probably some fucking piney!

What time does this start?

July-August around 5:00, as soon as you smell the sweet greenery a burnin'.

The BBQ's every sunday so far. I may be there above the falls this weekend trying to bring some brookies to the net, as much as I can't stand the BBQ's these people must be serious to haul charcoal grills out there, and whatever they've been cooking the past few weekends smells awesome . Next time I'm packing a lunch.

The one caveat to Resica is that if you don't have a pin, they will report you for trespassing. You need to get a pin via a donation through the boy scout camp. And take it easy on the fish at VCB, they are tortured by stupid tourists, swimmers, fishermen, rock chuckers etc.

I know this is old but I don't think you're correct on that. If I'm not mistaken Resica Falls is stocked with PFBC trout, therefore it is open to public fishing. The "pin" is in fact a donation and cannot be mandatory although it goes to help the scout camp out so it's good cause. If they come from a public hatchery those fish are paid for thru license dollars and you can't legally be charged to fish there beyond buying a license and trout stamp.
