Adirondack Reports???

I usually go to Hungry Trout's site for Ausable River conditions ever since Frans Betters closed shop, but they havent updated for about 2 weeks (probably still hungover from the 4th). The USGS doesnt show temps and the Ausable River Two shop doesnt mention temps either. Anyway, my old man was up there 10 days ago and water was still way up on most rivers. Just wondering if anyone has been up there lately and can give some feedback on levels and temps, or a good site to use for that matter. I always use a thermometer this time of year, but wanted to know what to expect beforehand. Plan to be up there for a week or two and not sure if Ill be on trout or on the boat for bass, pike, and lakers. Thanks in advance for any insight.

Can't you check the flows and sometimes the temps on the USGS water tables for NYS for whatever river ?

Can't you check the flows and sometimes the temps on the USGS water tables for NYS for whatever river ?

I mentioned in my post that I checked the USGS and you can get the flows for the Ausable, but no temps. Plus I believe the gage is on the main stem of the river at Ausable Forks, not the WB, which is where I usually fish.

Dam, I was planning to leave Friday, but am now sticking around for my brother's party. I love the Mountaineer and usually stop in for backpacking food and gas for the camping stove. I would have liked to check out the fly show.
Those brookie pics were nice, except for the guy with the spin gear and the way those fish were handled. lol. Thanks for the info.
