Johnny, I consider you NEFFs greatest fly tying resource.

I say this because Grobert is seriously over-rated. His videos are narrated by some clown - nnot even Grobert will waste his time narrating his annoying videos.

The fake Grobert voice makes me think of those 1950s Japanese monster mmovies that were dubbed in to English...

So perhaps Grobert's narrator for his next tying video could announce something like this....

"this fly is so effective...

That when it hits the water you'll shout....

Godzilla is coming!!! Godzilla is coming!!!"

nice tie JU but I would neve use a picket pin. That fly never catches fish.

That's a great fly. But it's out lived its usefulness.
Guys don't fish it, especially if there are brook trout in the stream.

Brk Trt

Nice tye JU ! After doing a post on this fly last year I fished this pattern quite a bit.. And have to say it is just as useless now as when it was first tied and fished. When I thew them out I saw WBDluver and Mac fighting over them at the trash can ..But who's to say..:)

You tie a sweet fly Allen (and I'll bum any you give me - same to you Johnny), but those guys would dig your old socks out of the dumpster if they had a hook stuck in them.
