I post the DSR daily report on here, because like LyNcH I use to have a seasonal pass and was down in there.
The problem I see is they may get a report of a good run coming through the Meadows and your up at the Glide and not see it.
Life is timing....
So until I feel the DSR reports are totally out of whack or they piss me off in some other way... You can find it here.

Hey guys,
Water is going up to 750cfs TONIGHT and the lowe river is reading 63 degrees on the thermo...After tonights cold rain, expect water temps to tickle 60 and the fish beginning to pour in...Wont be long until chrome have infiltrated the river.
The only problem is the 4.6 million guys up there from now until C-day...
Not a problem anymore as I have the steelhead hustler!

Hello Boys,
With all this food we are bringing, we forgot the most important thing, A MEANS TO HEAT THE FOOD
I will be able to aquire a grill from a buddies camp up there, however we will need one more grill. Does anyone have the ability to bring a grill? If so it would be greatly appreciated!!! PM ME!

My pops is up there now and had a blood bath today. Two huge pods pushed into and out of the DSR. There are fish up as far as Pineville. SOME browns and chrome mixed in. A few more cold nights of rain/temps and were going to be looking good. I will be up next weekend. Taking a few clients out on the Deerfield this weekend if it ever clears...

Hello Boys,
Water is still in the fricken 70's ont he river, however after tonight temps (air) are going to drop like a rock and some rain is expected...With Salmon not even entering, you might as well hang your hat up for a little while longer if your wondering about the steel...We need some proactive fish to head right up to the gravel and drop some eggs!!!!!!! Then, the chrome and browns will soon follow...
However, if we dont get enough rain to fill the tank, expect flows to stay at 335 or even drop to 180...This means 4lb test and some tricky angling...Hope to god we get rain!
Regardless, Im headed over to the Salmon River NEXT weekend...I will have the rig with me so anyone who wants to float or fish ill be game...Gonna get an idea of the river and see how much has changed from the month+ of high water this spring...Fishing will be HOT or dead, so pray for rain! And of course, bring your hard hats, as the cooler carrying neandrathals will be out...

Hello boys!
Fish are in the river, traffic is "light" and its going to be overcast and rainy up until the weekend! GET YOUR ASSES TO THE SALMON RIVER! I am leaving tomorrow night and will be floating the river until Saturday. Depending on water conditions, my only float my be Altmar-2a... It my be a little skinny heading into town, so we shall see...
If you see a grey 2 man toon heading down, say hi!

Holy shit I needed my hard hat these last few days...More people than I have ever seen mid week and the fishing wasn't spectacular...
What was spectacular was the wings from stefanos though..
We caught steel/browns and sharks..
Name of the game, DSR reports are bullshit and they need more water!!!

Hello Boys,
I know we are all praying for water right now, but the truth is, this is a good thing. Let the cooler carrying neanderthals flounder around for another 2 or 3 weeks. Until then, KEEP THE WATER AS IS! This will allow brookfield to increase discharge come late oct/november to bring in the chrome and browns! BY then, the goons will be gone, replaced by respectable steelheaders. The 1st Annual Steelhead Bash will be LOADEDDDDDDDDDDDD with chrome and all will have a great time!!!!
Until then, enjoy the circus!!!!!
Will be heading west tomorrow night until Monday so once back, I will post a spread sheet of current member list as well as food list.

Fishing conditions look absolutely atrocious for the next 5 days...bright sun and warm. Ugh.
Oh well! Will be nice to see some buddies I only see once a year and a great time to brush up on the Spey casting!
