We built in an extra day (Saturday) to finish two surveys and that might be too soon to get back in the Bushkill Stream in Tatamy, PA near Easton.

You should be right there for Saturday if there is no more heavy rain. I see the flow has come down ten fold from its high yesterday, so get you asses back there and get that section fixed! :thumb:

We're headed back tomorrow now that we finished a mile section of NJ's North Branch Raritan above Ravine Lake. We're only surveying this trip for design, no work in the channel this trip. More of that next month.

Isn't that section of the NB all posted?

Steve

Yes, that is some of the private water. Most of the trout water on the North Branch is private. The stocked water below has some public access, but Ravine Lake warms the river too much for wild trout below it.

A plane might be overkill seeing as how you can walk to dam and drop a "package" over the lip. I have ridden along that lake a number of times over the last 10 or so years and I can count on one hand the number of people I have seen using the lake down by the club. I have fantasized many times about some surreptitious fishing when no one is looking.

It was jammed with people last week! Lifestyles of the rich and famous. :)
