I tried to avoid the opening weekend but just couldn't stay away on Sunday. Fished the Gorge way downstream of the trestle to get away from the crowds. Fished the fast riffles (I noticed that spin fisherman avoid these stretches) and caught this brown on a three fly Czech Nymph rig (the brown took a greenish purplish bottom roller, the other flies on the rig were a green scud and a rainbow warrior). The problem with a three nymph system is that when you snag the top fly on the bottom, and you will snag, you lose all three flies with a snap of the wrist. Pretty frustrating. Also caught a small brookie on a zebra midge.
