Iwamasa Flies

Looking for a used copy of Iwamasa Flies by Ken Iwamasa. There are several "collectors editions" out there but I am looking for a reasonably priced bench copy to work from. I've checked the usual suspects including the author with no luck. If you have one to sell, please contact me.

Bruce, i don't suppose your thinking of Ken Sawata? I'm sure you know of exactly who you mean, it's just that i have two of Ken Sawata's books and two of his videos and haven't heard of this other guy. K.S. is one of the best salmon fly tiers of all time and so i'm just wonderng if there may be a mix up? Well, good luck with your search. mark.....

I know who you're talking about. I think Geirach mentions him quite a bit in his books. Is he from Oregon? I'd check with Dennis at Catskill Flies, they have a pretty good collection of books. Also check out Hunters Angling Supply (huntersangling.com) THey are here in NH and also have a great collection of books and are very pleasant to deal with. Good luck.

Thanks guys. I actually have a borrowed copy of the book in hand and wanted one to keep. The title and author are correct as listed above. I've already been in contact with the publisher and author and they are completely sold out. I'll keep looking! Thanks for the leads...
