Hot spot nymphs

Work so slow today so I busted the vise out. Figured I share a few of my nymphs I like to fish on a euro rig. These are a few of the "dropper" flies that have done well for me. Sorry for the crap pics. BTW any tips on tying and fixing these pics would be greatly appreciated

nice looking flies. about the pics, try using a tripod, or a make shift one to hold the camera. that way if you zoom in your breathing wont be noticed in the photos. thats the best i can give you.

nice flies....i like dropping an attractive dropper like that too and using the bottom fly as my realistic offering. Putting an orange hotspot threaded head on a pheasant tail is my favorite nymph during sulpher time.

Nice flies! What hooks are you using?

DOHIKU 14-16sp.

Nice nymphs G Lech ! And those hooks are great I got some from Kevin Compton at the Symposium last year I tied dries and emergers on them. The pictures that are clear you can put in your photo viewer on your computer and crop them it will give you a nice tight shot.

There's always been something about bright red or orange that makes a trout strike without a closer look. Could be that it resembles blood and a bleeding anything doesn't last long in the natural world. I don't think we'll ever know, but we do know that they work. Nice flies!

Yea those dohiku are quickly becoming my new favorite.

The bend on these hooks are beautiful and the fact that they are barbless is even better also they are very strong.
