Hendrickson Nymph Patterns

I've never fished the Hendrickson hatch and I will be fishing the Kettle Creek, PA, area in the spring.
I have no patterns for the nymphs. Anyone care to give me some patterns or tell me where I can find some? I'd be very appreciative.

Hi Goose would be more than willing to send you a few hendrickson nymphs just pm me where to send them. If you tie they aren't to complicated size 12-14 nymph hook woodduck for the tail copper wire for the ribbing gray fox or muskrat fur for dubbing turkey wing case and partridge or woodduck for legs if you want thread can be red or black.:)

Do you have a date that you plan on fishing Kettle Creek?

Last year the hatches were about two weeks eariler than normal.

A Pheasant Tail pattern should do you very well not only on Kettle Creek but all the streams in the greater area.

You plan on fishing the Cross Fork area, higher up, or below Bush Dam?

In addition to the Pheasant Tail I have had good results with a Copperhead, which is simply a copper bead head, copper-ribbed hare's ear nymph with a mottled turkey wing case.
