Our fellow anglers on the west coast are having a hard go if it, not to mention the fish and wildlife and everything else under the sun.

They certainly need lots and lots of rain out West! I just spoke with my river channel restoration contractor and he's on his way to work in the Pecos River in NM because it has such low flows from normal that they can get in it during the winter unlike most years.
