Favorite flows for the Delaware?

What are your guys favorite flows to fish on the East Branch, West Branch, and Main Stem of the mighty D?

upper east 200-1000 cfs
lower east 1000- 2000 cfs
west 400-600 cfs
main 1000-2500

As long as its not real high i can fish it wading or floating, so i dont have a favorite. Flow dictates if i wade or float. Algea dictates if i fish west branch or main stem.

Streamer or dry fly? I love high flows on all rivers for streamers, off color water too. But not if I'm dry fly fishing. Next question is wade or float?
