Drive by stream clean up

I was fishing earlier in the day when i noticed this HUGE tarp in the creek, so as two of my fellow t.u. members and myself were riding around we stopped and removed the tarp.

Well Brian, No one points as well as you do....

The establishment is out of business. So Fredy is making a tent out of it for old catfish Joe, that old river hobo.

I was really hoping for the owner to answer the phone so I could let him know we were returning his banner. Since there was no answer we drove by the shop to find a new company :-( I ended up taking it home and tossing it it I'm my development's dumpster. Thanks to Johnny spotting the huge banner. PortMurrayAng, Johnny, and I removed the banner from a gem of a creek.

Well, since the guys shop went under, the only people to blame is the company that rents out the billboard, it was their workers who removed it, and tossed it in the creek (which I'd love to fish). Also John, I just stopped by your site, those streamers look great! Can't wait to learn to tie under your instruction on the 5th.

I can only wish and hope that the company went out of business because disenfrachised customers who saw them dispose of their banner improperly stopped spending money with them...

BUT...that's about as likely a scenario as a bait vending company going out of business because they use non-degradable plastic containers...

I believe you can blame the wind for the removal of it. I believe it was in the stream for some time as I havnt been in this area since before the hurricane and tropical storm. The establishment is located due east of the creek. I dont really blame anyone for it or for any trash in streams. People are slobs that is all. Its a shame but its just human nature. . Thank you and I will see you on the 5th!

No worries, The stream is just fine. I was fishing there earlier that day and caught quite a few wild browns in riffle below the banner.
