CT license period?

did i read correctly that the license period for freshwater in Connecticut is Jan. 1 - Dec 31? so any licenses purchased now will be good through the end of 2009?

Yes. The freshwater season is Jan 1 to Dec 31.

Certain bodies of water and certain streams have special regs, so the Anglers Guide must be consulted.

However, does the CT Fishing Reg's have any special clause for say .... leap year?

Yes, no fishing on the 25th of Feb. And for some reason you can't fish on Groundhog Day.
