I decided to try out a new spot with my buddy today up in NY with no real high hopes, but it turned out to be an awesome day.

the weather patterns were weird; sunny one minute, windy, then a shower becoming steady turning back to sun.

at any rate, wild browns were caught throughout the day on princes, rainbow warriors and FBPT. some caddis were coming up but not many bugs.

My buddy hooked into a real nice 18-21 inch fish but could not turn the damn thing. it was a shame because i would have love to seen what that fish looked like.

If anyone is interested in fishing that spot with me sometime, shoot me a PM.

That is a typical on the MG. You have to work pretty hard for those fish.

Haha yea. I have class monday tues wed night and bartend thurs, fri, sat, sun. The days are for fishing. I graduate may 15th, and il have to join the "real world" where I can only fish weekends.

The word is in quotes! I'd say he is one of the select few that can wake up everyday and say, "I love my job." He's living in a fish world, its kinda like waterworld, but without all the fighting.
