Bamboo Rod Refinishing

I Have A Hal Bacon Blank that needs the guides to be wrapped and the blank varnished. I purchased the rod from Daves Rods and he was supposed to varnish the blank. Instead he put polyurathane on with a bush and the finish is terrible. At this point I dont have the time to remove the finish, wrap the guides, and varnish the Blank. Does anybody out there know of a compentent rod builder who is local to Long Valley?
