For sale is a 5 1/2' Shakespeare Fly/spin rod that has been restored by me last year and unfished since..... This is a 1 piece rod with a detachable handle that fishes a 5 wt. line. Rod is wrapped with "Orvis brown" silk thread and varnished to a glass-like finish with spar varnish using the dip method.

Strong, fast action rod for throwing line in tight places and/or flipping a lure further out without a strain. It has 3 agate guides and an agate tip top guide, cork handle with a screw locking reel seat. It has no cracks, delaminations or repair wraps anywhere. I will ship it in a pvc tube with a cloth sack to further protect it.
I will honor a 3 day inspection period once you've received it. If you're not satisfied with it, just ship it back to me for your full refund, less shipping and insurance charges. You pay the return shipping and insurance on it. If you have any questions, PM me...... $150.00 plus S & I
