first off, that post was funny. it's utility was humor.

i understand that we come from different eras. while i might laugh at a funny youtube video, it is likely that you would prefer a don knotts moving-picture-show.

..but lets, for one moment, take an objective look at things.

i think we can all agree that you do not receive a "thank you" for a useless post.

members are usually "thanked" for being insightful, informative, or funny.
