Agreed. I was out in the surf today and there was a decent breeze. Using an NRX 9' 9wt with rio inter. Outbound and I had a tough time getting a good forward cast off.

They do have good deals but they also make you sign up with your email to become a member then they send you enough emails to drive u freakin nuts.

Actually decided to keep the 10' 6 switch. If anyone is interested in the 9wt or the Spey they are available still. I'd also trade them for a nice 6wt reel.

NV all the way. Light, looks cool and all parts are made nicely. Not like the plastic crap the "O"ther Reels have.

Looking for a loomis switch rod 7/8 I have a T&T 6wt switch 4 piece 2012 model retails for $880 used 3 times includes rod tube. One T&T horizon 2 9' 9wt used a dozen times or so with rod tube retails for $780 Also have a wild water Spey rod brand new with tube still in the plastic 14' 6"...

Looks like a good size fish to me def in the 20" range stop hating guys ur just mad u can't catch em like that. Handling of the fish needs much improvement though.

Went out. Got kicked off the beach by federal police. Went to another spot and the park rangers kicked me out. They say its unsafe at the beach as there could be dangerous debris under the sand. Weird explanation but who am I to argue the point. Not expected to be reopened til spring or summer...

Going out there tomorrow to see if any things swimming around. I'll hopefully hook into something.
