Worst fly fishing purchase

In 30 years of fly fishing, I have made a few questionable purchases...by far the worst has been my membership fee / donation to NEFF... The fact that I just wasted 5 minutes of potentially productive work time reading these posts is just one example of years of time wasted reading posts full of misinformation, non-sense and questionable ethics... Thankfully NEFF is cheaper than a couple shots of Makers... Which BTW will make your NEFF experience far more pleasurable and rewarding... Keep up the bad work DB!!!

My worst purchase had to be a cheap chest pack I bought from one of the big box stores. Thing fell apart after on season. Had cheap plastic mesh on it that blew out. Only good thing about it was the back compartment was insulated and could be used as a cooler. Held a good sized lunch. Managed to salvage that piece.
