Was out wondering on a trib to the Delaware late yesterday in search of rising fish.I arrived at one of my favorite spots around 7:30 pm and took a seat for the festivities. While I was waiting this other guy came down through the woods and took the tail out of the pool, no worries as I had plenty of fish in front of me. It started a little late first one rise then another, after several fish were up and working I got into position and waited a little while longer . As I was waiting I tied on the sulfer emerger that I posted yesterday. I picked out a rise close to to start out with and on the first cast a nice wild brown came to hand. It was the first of 5 nice trout to come to hand last night. The guy working the tail out had 5 or six fish on and landed two or three including one beauty about 18-19".Turned out it was Keith whom I haven't fished with since last year! I snapped a picture or two for him I hope he finds them here. The bug activity peaked at about 9-9:30 and then the water was covered with spinners. My only wish was the moon would have come out from behind the clouds a little sooner. So you could spot the risers a little easier. Was a beautiful evening to be on the water as the storms that passed through brought some cooler and dry air. Here are a few pictures Enjoy!
