Im no pro, but my guess is that these "Rainbows" are actually Dace or chubbs. Ive been to that area in summer and I just cant see how they would hold over.

I am positive it was wild beutiful color, perfect fins, i was fishing in millburn. the river has huge concrete walls to prevent floods. I am gonna try and go there today and have some pics. I have cought carp, rainbows, and a fish that had horns on its head. ill will definetly post pictures though.

the cement walls do not prevent flooding ,they only cause more erosion down stream by speeding up the water.it will never reduce the depth of the water.
