Welcome back to the new NEFF. Take a break from Twitter and Facebook. You don't go to Dicks for your fly fishing gear, you go to your local fly fishing store. Enjoy!
I'm looking for a professional guide service to guide a group of inexperienced fishermen on a fly fishing outing for a team building activity for a corporate group. Any recommendations?
Try Calling Mike Mulqueen, Orvis Paramus Flyfishing Manager. As an instructor, he also works with a group geared towards using fly fishing as a team motivational activity.

I like Jim, and Bill. Both are very personable people. Jim is really familiar with the South Branch and its insects, and Bill is a hardware guru. I would recommend stopping into Shannon's. I'd compare them with the Ultimate Fly Fishing Store in Hancock, NY.
The UFFS is a great shop with great products and alot of space. The UFFS has T&T rods and Temple Fork while Shannon's has Loomis and Scott. Both shops have extraordinary people, the nicest in the business that I've run into so far. The fly selection in both shops is about the same, quality and quantity. Shannon's has a lot of tying materials in the store too. I think the reel selection in both stores is the same. The UFFS only blows Shannon's away with its size, and that's it. The bottom line is that both stores are really great, and I wouldn't deter anyone from shopping in either shop.
