I'm glad someone stepped up to the plate to supply us with this demonstration as to why we need to debarb our hooks. My new years resolution... Debarb my treble hooks.

However, you have posted that hunk of metal on the wrong site.

This is NEFF, which means FLY FISHING.... single hook, fur and or feathers.

Try selling it over on Girl Scout Trout, they use those meat hooks over there.

Course, that photo would be just a bit squeamish for them.
