Got playing around with Wapsi PMD Super Fine Dubbing and 8/0 Rusty Brown thread in a tight dubbing loop to give it this segmented look.

Try a lil tail of elk or deer hair preferably bleached elk,and then add a wisp of red dubbing immediately in front of the tail or do the ball of red first then lil tail then tie this fly the way you have it will slaughter,also use a lil more bright yellow for the body ,yer spot on i fish stoneflies alot when sulphers are coming off as well as all season from here to early october ,I also tie Stoneflie adults as large as a #6 for the delaware and also some rivers i fish in Maine as late as september early october.

Next time I am out camping, I am going to save some of that crap at the bottom of the camp fire the next morning.

That way I can bring it back, stick my finger in it, mombo-jumbo something and put a dot over each of your eyes.
