I've not fished it myself, but have driven around a little and looked at it briefly when attending some of the classic car shows at the Carlisle fairgrounds. Just driving and following the stream you'll find the bridges crossing the creek, some will have pulloffs where you can park and fish. IIRC the stream opens up a bit as it approaches the end near the Conodoguinet. But upstream, Marinaro's meadow is one of the more popular spots from what I understand.
