You can get five acres on the Kenai Peninsula just minutes from the Kenai River for $30K all day long.
 
For some strange reason though, folks like Ctobias saw the show and said "hey, that's my kinda place..."


Large anadromous fish, large rainbows, large furry delicious animals, no income tax (right now), low property taxes, excellent gun laws, barely any people, and more things to do than one person could do in a lifetime.

It's a horrible place to live, let alone visit. All of you should just keep heading to Pulaski for your large fish fix. Alaska isn't even worth the time. This place is so trashy and disgusting.
