I have been using and loving this book since I go it. I figured I would share it with my fellow NEFF members. I gotta say this book is great! The book is mainly a fly tying book but also has some euro style techniques in it. Short line, long line, dry, dry dropper, midges, and streamers. One really helpful feature of this book is the tiers explain exactly how and what materials they use to create some of there realistic creations. No more "how do they do that" "WTF material is that" The frustration is over LOL.This book is written by the owners of hends fly fishing company so all the materials used are made by hends. But for anybody who is into/interested in these tying methods the majority of the materials used are manufactured by hends so it proves most helpful. Aside from fly tying and fly fishing techniques this book also comes with a complete hends catalog of tying materials and some info on each material and best uses. Not to forget it comes with a cool bonus DVD on fly tying and fishing.
I would say this book is a must for any fly fisherman! This book covers every method fly fishing. Most are not new but they (Europeans) fish different than us and will improve anybody's game on the river.
