Beginner's fly casting clinic on St Pat's day March 17th.

Fredy

SAY MY NAME!!!
The Ridge & Valley Chapter of Trout Unlimited will be hosting a beginner's fly casting clinic on St Pat's day March 17th.

We meet at the Casia Grill/Cliffdale Inn site on Rt57 in the Port Murray (Washington Township, Warren County). Start time is 9am.

We will supply the rod/reel, or you may use your own if you have one. No license is required for casting, but a license and trout stamp are required to fish afterward. Please bring all your gear if you have any (waders etc), as we will be fishing the Musconetcong River on site. (This section of the Musconetcong river was recently restored through the efforts of Rusty Spinner.)

Polarized eyewear is recommended, but some form of eye protection (sunglasses) will be required to protect participants from flying lines and monofilament (no hooks will be used for the clinic). This is a perfect way to introduce your significant other to the sport while preserving your relationship.

If you are interested please contact Fredy via pm, or FredyatRidgeAndValleyTU.Org (replace 'at' with @). Space is limited to 8 participants.

Directions: cassia grill - Google Maps

Long range forecast indicates a 67 degree day!

What an excellent idea! You'll be using green fly lines, I presume. Hope your only problem is too many people wanting to sign up.

Hi Fredy:

Nice to hear about your chapter getting people ready for the spring fling. I like the way you guys are just getting things done. Good Luck tomorrow and I wish you a full clinic.

Sincerely
Andy Brasko
