Hit the Catskills with Babyblue and the MacFly this weekend . We had a great time blue bird weather and wind put a little damper on the festivities but it still was a successful trip. We hunted up risers each day and had good shots at rising fish at most spots. Had a huge brown take me into the rocks and bust me off. I was watching the edge for a bank riser and found one. There were several fish working working the middle in front of it the wind came up and put them down .So I took the opportunity to sneak over to the banker dropped a fly on it it came up and took from that moment on I knew I didn't stand a chance as it went straight to the rocks and broke me off.:crap: Paul had to first this weekend a shad on the fly and a sweet brown on the EB. Here are a few picks of the weekend, some nice fish to hand making for a great time on the water with friends.

Thank you Barleywine! Every year I get a few colored up nice like this the blue was pretty intense on this one and it was just covered up in spots as well . Mother nature has some cool tricks up her sleeve and this beautiful fish was one of them.

Thank you everyone ! Cdog it certainly was a great weekend everything is greening up and in bloom, couldn't think of a more beautiful place to be . That rainbow took off and jumped three four times going down the pool what a battle! The brown also put on an air show as well these fish were hot for sure.
