Spey fly?

Wings r way too high and I'm not sure if they're even orientated right but it's a start.

Look at Allen Landheer's work.

I think there's a couple videos on youtube.

Adjusting the wing profile will be easy.

Also, you may want to do research to find quality materials, especially hackle,.because your technique looks pretty good.

Nice looking tie. If you tie those on a larger hook you will crush fish on that stripping it like an ordinary stream off the banks. The action marabou provides just always seems to do the trick and it isnt too thick of a material so you usually get a good hookset on the fish when they grab it.

It's called a "Black Gordon Marabou Spey", I used the proper wings this time.

McPhail posted a dee wing fly yesterday and seeing it done right was a huge help. Not diggin this fly much but the wings are better
