south branch

Did very well this morning on the south branch of the Raritan River. Took 31 fish(one was a crappie!)on a size 16 tellico. I tried 12s and 14s with no takers except for a chub. Started below Budd Lk dam and hopped pools down to the school.
I started at 6:30 and finished at 11:45. It was sunny and warm. All the trout were rainbows with the exception being a 5" brook.

Fished Middle Valley on the SB myself today. Got there about ten. Pretty much skunked except for one Rainbow on a size 14 Hares Ear. How deep did you fish and with how many BB'? I getting frustrated out there, can't seem to get the knack.

Was the water still a little off color or has it cleared all the way?
