When trying to remove a tangle last weekend, I tightened the leader and sliced through the outer vinyl/plastic coating on the line right down to the braided core. The cut is 360, or close to it.
Its too far down the shooting head to cut and re-loop.
The line still throws well, but I imagine its floating ability will diminish. I would like to seal it.
Has anyone solved this issue before?
