Do the tides effect what time of day you fish these types of streams?

The effect of tides is really only felt at the line where Red Brook enters tidewater. Usually going upstream the effect of the tide seems to diminish.
These fish are also taken in the bay where they feed heavily on the many baitfish that inhabit the salt water.
