As I sit back and think about all the years NEFF has been around and the looney events and people that I've seen pass through this sites portal, I believe it's time to write a book. I have plenty of material to write about and I have some great ideas that I've already put together. Well, at least I think they're great.
This will not be your ordinary fly fishing book! This will be fly fishing at its best. I'll be poking a lot of fun about this sport and the people who enjoy it so much so I do have a few requests as to whom I'd prefer and not prefer to read this book. If you're a fly fisherman but don't know how to read due to your extra thick craniums taking up what would otherwise be brain space, this book wont be for you. You guys are the ones who really know how to push my buttons. You can wish cancer upon my kids, make fun of my dead dog, call me a douche bucket, etc... That does not bother me at all. What bothers me is how a handful of you don't know how to read then create posts based on what you've read incorrectly. Then, you'll even argue about something you're not in the know of and stand behind it 100%!!!!! Idiots. The ones who are offended by my previous and following statements, know exactly who I'm speaking about. Anyhow, I used to do that on occasion so I can't necessarily exclude myself (but I will). If you're a person who has or has had his/her feelings hurt very easily, this book is not for you... You will certainly be in the book though. If you're someone who has edited your signature (I don't post here anymore or something along those lines) than this book might be for you but I'm not sure yet (either way, you'll pay double). Also, you can expect your own chapters just because I know how irritated you'll be to know you've made it into my book.
There is so much to talk about! No, this isn't one of those AK books that he occasionally enters people into. This is a real book with real pages that I've already started. It's sure to be an interesting read for those of you who can afford it.
I'll be revealing all types of super secret trout streams, fly recipies, and guides to avoid like the plague from Montana to NJ! Hey... even bad publicity is good publicity...
Anyhow, I have to run along now. If you have an old memory you would like to share, I'd love to hear about it... (Positive or Negative). Shit... if you can't make fun of yourself, what's the point...
