Nice boat... Just curious, do you need a boat launch permit for that? I don't think you do but maybe you know something I don't know.

My original research said I did since I was putting the boat on a trailer if pulling out in PA. I figured for a couple bucks it was worth the piece of mind.

from my experience PA Launch Permits are NOT required on un-powered craft at PA FB&C launch sites on the PA NY Border waters of the Upper Delaware system. Balls Eddy, Shehawken, Buckingham and the ones downstream. This is only because these launch sites are PA border waters with NY state. This info came directly from the PA FB&C officers patrolling the Shehawken PA access site summer 2016. I hope this info saves some people some money and time. I always thought you needed the permits until i asked them.

You don’t have to have registration numbers either if the
Boat is under 16’ , not motorized and your not a professional
Guide. At least that is what I was told by NY fish and game
