These little guys are hatching right now too. This is a male Baetis tricaudatus Dun, formerly vagans I believe. It's out of focus in the first photo, but in the second you'll notice the tiny hind wing. One of the keys to identifying this fly.

How did you get it to hold still ?

This is some really nice work. I'm looking forward to seeing more as it becomes available.
